Ms. Barron has 15 years of compounded accounting, management and business experience comprised of a mix of both public and industry accounting exposure (including PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLP; Thermo Fisher Scientific, Inc. and, currently, Lionbridge Technologies, Inc.). While at Lionbridge she was appointed Director of Internal Audit when she was only 32 years of age. In this executive role as director she interfaces with all members of the organization, including regular interaction with CLT and the Audit Committee of the BOD.

Ms. Barron's tasks include differential analyses, assessing and making recommendations on processes, organizing the execution of improvements with all concerned parties, running SOX and non-404 internal audits and presenting to board members and company executives. Most notably in the past two years Ms. Barron took the initiative to effect efficiencies on the Company's SOX controls and compliance efforts by conceptualizing and reengineering the framework, working with control owners on improvements, and reducing controls. These efforts resulted in the company's realizing a total improvements increase by 13% in year one and 80% in year two and key controls reductions of 33% in finance in year one and 68% in IT in year two. Ms. Barron thrives on obtaining an understanding of all inputs to a problem allowing her to then formulate feasible options/solutions.

In 1998 Ms. Barron received a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from Bentley University. She is an active and in good standing, Certified Public Accountant (MA), has certification in project management and in International Financial Reporting Standards, and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
