Teresa Gorecki Recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for Excellence in Pharmaceuticals

PRINCETON, NJ, October 19, 2011 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Teresa Gorecki, Vice President of Quality Assurance at Johnson & Johnson Services, Inc., has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for showing dedication, leadership and excellence in pharmaceuticals and consumer healthcare products.

Ms. Gorecki has 28 years of experience in her field, the past eight as vice president of quality assurance at Johnson & Johnson Inc., a global consumer healthcare company. Her expertise includes the development of quality systems for all regulatory classifications of biological, drug, medical device and cosmetic products. She is also very knowledgeable concerning the development and implementation of regulatory compliance strategy and the execution of the Quality Assurance program for all internal and external manufacturing sites and suppliers. Teresa oversees the implementation of the quality system through the full product lifecycle - from product development through scale-up and commercial distribution. She is lauded by her peers for her ability to integrate quality strategy into business strategy, enabling reliable customer service across a complex supply chain.

Ms. Gorecki earned a bachelor's degree in microbiology and health sciences from South Dakota State University. She attended the Executive Management Program at Fuqua Business School, Duke University. She holds memberships to Cosmetic Executive Women, The Personal Care Products Council, Consumer Healthcare Products Association, and the Foundation for Strategic Sourcing. She has been honored with a Leadership Award and a President's Biotech Award, both from Johnson & Johnson. She attributes her success to being able to work across functions in a complex, matrixed organization. Going forward, she hopes to utilize her skills at a global level.
