WAILUKU, HI, September 13, 2010 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Shirley L. Gardner-Scrote, retired Pharmacy Technician formerly of San Joaquin Community Hospital, has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for demonstrating dedication, leadership and excellence in pharmaceutical support.

Prior to her retirement, Shirley L. Gardner-Scrote accumulated over a decade of professional experience as a Pharmacy Technician for San Joaquin Community Hospital. There, she was a team member of the pharmacy and became recognized by her colleagues for her strong work ethic and extensive field training. Drawn to the healthcare industry through her work experience and organized nature, Ms. Gardner-Scrote first became a licensed pharmacy technician after earning an associate of arts in accounting. Moving forward, she will seek to draw upon her strengths in these areas to establish her own business in service of others.

In addition to her professional pursuits, Ms. Gardner-Scrote is a volunteer at her local community center and local senior center.
