WIND GAP, PA, August 27, 2010 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Rae Ann Ludwig, Analytical System Development Specialist II for Bristol-Myers Squibb, a biopharmaceutical company, has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for demonstrating dedication, leadership, and excellence in pharmaceutical operations.

With 21 years of professional experience, Ms. Ludwig serves as an Analytical System Development Specialist for Bristol-Myers Squibb. Utilizing her expertise in quality assurance, she maintains and coordinates calibration and validation of equipment in the analytical development laboratories, monitors processes and conducts software validations.

Ms. Ludwig received her Bachelor of Arts in Management from DeSales University in 2010. A certified Quality Manager for the American Society of Quality, she is a member of her local cancer association, the National Multiple Sclerosis Society, and the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation International. She became involved in the pharmaceutical industry through her interest in science and she attributes her success to her determination and desire to contribute towards improving the lifestyle of others. In the future, she intends to continue working in the pharmaceutical field, obtain a Master's degree, and relocate to North Carolina.
