Gigi Seraka Joins the Ranks of Leading Pharmacists
Professional pharmacist Gigi Seraka was honored with an Excellence Award for 15 years of dedicated service to CVS

FAIRFAX STATION, VA, May 13, 2010 /24-7PressRelease/ --Gigi Seraka, Team Leader for CVS Caremark, has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for demonstrating dedication, leadership and excellence in pharmacy operations.

Originally from Alexandria, Egypt, Gigi Seraka immigrated to the United States in 1992. It wasn't long before she found her niche in pharmaceuticals - in fact, she joined CVS the following year and has been a premier staff member ever since. Ms. Seraka currently serves as a Team Leader for CVS Caremark, a charge that requires she fill prescriptions, manage customer service inquiries, monitor patient medications, and conduct research on various drug interactions. Perhaps best noted for her ability to provide patients with the highest quality customer service, Ms. Seraka is an invaluable asset to CVS. As such, the company presented her with an Excellence Award for 15 years of dedicated service. More recently, she was presented with a certificate of achievement by West Potomac Academy in 2009.

Ms. Seraka earned her doctor of pharmacy from the University of Florida in 2003 and is a licensed pharmacist in the states of Virginia and Maryland. Looking to the future, she intends to obtain a Ph.D. and become an oncology specialist.
