With six years of experience in her field, Ms. Firme has owned Compliance Without Compromise, Inc. for the past two years. Her expertise is in good Laboratory Practices. In her position, she is responsible for offering consulting services to biotechnology and pharmaceutical companies, as well as bioanalytical contract laboratories. She attributes her success to the guidance and support she receives from her mentors and family.

Ms. Firme received a Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry from the University of California, Berkeley. She is a member of the Society of Quality Assurance and the American Society for Quality. Ms. Firme supports the Helen Woodward Animal Center, San Diego Humane Society, SPCA and the Zoological Society of San Diego. In the future, she hopes to develop her business and hire more employees.
