Ewa J. Kleczyk was honored as One of the Top 10 Business Women by New Directions in 2008

HORSHAM, PA, April 6, 2010 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Ewa J. Kleczyk, Ph.D., Director of Business Analytics for TargetRx, Inc., has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for demonstrating dedication, leadership and excellence in pharmaceutical operations.

As the director of business analytics for TargetRx, Inc., Dr. Kleczyk specializes in the evaluation of sales force effectiveness and promotional material testing. She focuses on managing a team working on the development and enhancement of personal and non-personal pharmaceutical promotion. She has a passion for mathematics and economics, and teaches and encourages women to pursue a career in such areas.

Dr. Kleczyk received her Ph.D. in Economics from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University in 2008, and she is a member of the American Business Women's Association, the American Economic Association and Eastern Economic Association. She began working for TargetRx in the new product development department as an econometrician, and she was thereafter promoted to lead the business advanced analytics team. She attributes her success to her education and to the support she receives from her leaders and colleagues. In the future, she aspires to become a co-owner of a company.
