Lloyd Welgemoed brings 27 years of experience to Rite Aid Pharmacy

LINCOLN CITY, OR, March 24, 2010 /24-7PressRelease/ --Lloyd Welgemoed, Pharmacist for Rite Aid Pharmacy, has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for demonstrating dedication, leadership and excellence in pharmaceutical services.

Lloyd Welgemoed brings 27 years of professional experience to Rite Aid. Currently on his fourth year with the retail pharmacy, he is responsible for filling prescriptions, taking orders from physicians, training pharmacy technicians, managing legal compliance, and educating customers on medication and drug interactions. An emigrant from South Africa, Mr. Welgemoed attributes the success that he has found in his adopted country to a combination of hard work and good fortune.

A graduate of Rhodes University in South Africa, Mr. Welgemoed holds a bachelor of pharmacy. He is a member of the Oregon Board of Pharmacy and the South African Pharmacy Council. Permanently settled in the United States, he looks forward to growing in his field and increasing his involvement in industry organizations.
