Cynthia Posey holds certifications in Human Performance Technology and computer systems quality assurance

With 15 years of industry experience, Ms. Posey has worked as a Portfolio Manager at Eli Lilly and Company, a pharmaceutical firm, for three years. During her career, she has acquired an expertise in quality assurance management and project execution. In her position, she is responsible for developing information technology portfolio projects, as well as forecasting and analyzing procedures. She also establishes intercompany rapport for product launches within the information technology sector.

In 1992, Ms. Posey received a Master of Business Administration in information systems from Oklahoma City University. Certified by the Human Performance Technology, she has earned a certification in computer systems quality assurance. She has completed training in quality assurance, charge and technology portfolio management, and systems integration. She is affiliated with the Quality Assurance Community, PANIT, Youth Summit and the Center For Leadership Development. In the near future, Ms. Posey intends to progress to a management position within project/portfolio management industry.
