Don L. Ford is a retired pharmacist for HEB Grocery with 35 years of professional experience

BASTROP, TX, June 11 2009 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Don L. Ford, Pharmacist (Retired) for HEB Grocery, has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for showing dedication, leadership and excellence in all aspects of pharmacy.

With 35 years of professional experience, Mr. Ford specializes in interacting with customers, advising on over the counter products and counseling on drug interaction. He was a pharmacy manager for two hospitals in Fort Worth, as well as at Skaggs Alpha Beta and then Albertsons for 19 years. He became involved in his profession because he was inspired by his father-in-law, who was a pharmacist, and he helped him through school. In 1968, he received a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy, from The University of Texas at Austin. Mr. Ford received the Albertsons 27 Years of Faithful Service Award and attributes his success to being concerned with people's welfare and taking pride in interacting with customers.
