Ms. Rife has 19 years of professional experience in market research and five years of experience as global director/director of global market research for Schering-Plough. She currently heads up the Respiratory, Men's Health and Sales Force Effectiveness market research group at Schering-Plough. She formerly worked at Sanofi-Aventis, Novartis Pharmaceuticals, Alpharma USPD and Migliara/Kaplan Associates. During her 19 years in market research, she has worked in many different areas - Allergy, Respiratory, Men's Health, Pain, Hypertension, Cystic Fibrosis and Sales Force Effectiveness. She is a member of the Pharmaceutical Marketing Research Group. In 1997, she received her Master of Business Administration from Johns Hopkins University. Ms. Rife received her Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies in 1990 from the University of Maryland and attributes her success to her flexibility in an ever-changing environment.
