NEW HAVEN, CT, October 22, 2008 /Pharmaceutical News Articles/ -- Simpson Healthcare demonstrated their culinary skills in May, by volunteering at the Ronald McDonald House of Connecticut. The Simpson Team prepared a delicious dinner of homemade macaroni n' cheese, green salad, fresh bread, and "make your own" sundaes for the families of children who are being treated at nearby hospitals and other healthcare facilities
Volunteering for Simpson Healthcare were Rebecca Stebbins, Caitlin Chapin, Jessica Funke, Melanie Walton, and Vik Joglekar. The team was very excited to give back to the community and support some local families in need. Rebecca felt that "it was an inspiration to see all the daily volunteers at the Ronald McDonald House. It was also such a heartfelt experience to prepare a meal for the very grateful families!"
