Prior to taking on her current position, Ms. McProud worked as the general laboratory supervisor for a reproductive endocrinology laboratory, working her way up to her current position thanks to her hard work. She received her Bachelor of Science in Natural Resources and Environmental Science from Kansas State University in 1998 and her Bachelor of Science in Fisheries Biology from Kansas State University in 1999. She aspires to become a senior project manager and eventually rise to the position of clinical director.
