In his current position with Wilkes University, Mr. Tambasco is involved with pharmaceutical drug formulation, nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy, gas chromatography-mass spectroscopy and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy. As a laboratory assistant, he is responsible for preparing chemical solutions, mentoring students, organizing programs, maintaining instruments and ensuring safety in the laboratory. He became involved in his profession because of his interest in chemistry. His work ethic, self-confidence and the support he receives from his family and friends are the driving forces behind his success.

Mr. Tambasco received his Bachelor of Science in Pharmaceutical Science from Wilkes University in 2007. He is affiliated with the American Chemical Society and the American Association of Pharmaceutical Scientists. He aspires to work in the pharmaceutical industry and become involved in drug formulation in the future.
